Megan Ahleen
Megan Ahleen offers many years of experience as an award-winning NAR Member serving countless satisfied clients across southern Utah. A local St. George area native, Ms. Ahleen demonstrated her love for real estate at a young age, filling sketchbooks with floor plans and interior design ideas. She has since coupled this passion with her thorough knowledge of the local area, defined and proven processes focused on the client’s needs, as well as the expertise of her fellow member of NAR, teammate, and husband Zach, to offer clients a unique and extremely successful approach to satisfy their real estate needs.
Ms. Ahleen has effectively leveraged her expertise to satisfy clients across a broad spectrum of real estate ranging from starter homes to million-dollar luxury homes. She has supported numerous clients wishing to sell their homes, assisting with determining the home value, understanding the market, implementing key marketing strategies, and ultimately identifying the perfect buyer. She has also worked with countless home buyers searching for their ideal home, leveraging her deep knowledge of the area and assisting with the emotional side of this very important decision. Ms. Ahleen also offers a wealth of experience supporting developers and homebuilders with homesite and home construction sales support.
Ms. Ahleen offers a broad range of experience and a true passion for community involvement. In addition to her Utah Real Estate license, Ms. Ahleen also holds a Medical Esthetics License from The Skin Institute and worked in a Medical Spa for several years. Ms. Ahleen and her husband actively support many charitable organizations including Coins for Kids, Jubilee of Trees, Toys for Tots, and the Snow Canyon MTN Bike Team. They enjoy spending their free time outdoors enjoying all that Southern Utah has to offer, including mountain biking, road biking, hiking, and kayaking, as well as a sincere passion for animals.
